  • Labor Law Compliance: Monitor the organization's practices to comply with federal and state labor laws, such as the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and the Public Employees Collective Bargaining Act (PECBA) of Oregon (ORS 243.650 - 243.782) and  Washington State (RCW 243.650).
